We want to provide our customers with excellent customer service and be as flexible as we can.
Please read these terms carefully as they provide clear guidance on our service and booking
conditions. You are required to accept these terms in order to complete a booking with us.

Key definitions:

  • A working day is the period of time from 8am to 8pm.
  • A standard booking is defined as anything requested over 5 working days ahead of the
    booking request.
  • An urgent booking is defined as being within 5 days of the booking request.
  • Bank Holidays and Weekends are not considered a working day.
  • Completing a booking form is not a confirmation of booking.
  • A confirmed booking is an email from The Dental Agency that is titled Booking
    Confirmation.

Booking Confirmation:

You will receive a written confirmation (by email) from The Dental Agency which is the confirmed
booking. It will be titled Booking Confirmation.

If we are unable to fulfil your requirement at time of requesting a booking, we will contact you by
phone (if urgent) or email (if non urgent) and offer alternative options.

Amendments and Cancellation:

Once you receive confirmation from The Dental Agency you are able to amend or cancel your
booking upto 2 full working days before the commencement of the booked period. Any minor
changes (change of time or change of location) can be made up to 3 working days from the
commencement of the booking. Any requested amends within 3 days of the booked period may
result in an administration charge of £75 plus VAT or invoke a cancellation if the requested
amends are not minor.

Any change or cancellation with 2 working days from the commencement of the booking will
result in full payment being charged, without the provision of the service from The Dental
Payment for urgent bookings needs to be made upfront in full and can be processed over the
phone with The Dental Practice in order to confirm the booking. Details will be provided when we
receive your booking request.

A standard booking is defined as anything requested over 3 days of the booking request.
Payment for standard bookings will requested by invoice, with a standard 30 day payment terms.
